Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Brain Power mobile applications can request deletion of an account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
To request account or data deletion, email us at:
brainpower.appstudio@gmail.com
Please include the following information so we can identify your data:
- The app name you used
- The email address or account ID connected to the app, if applicable
- A short message saying that you want your account and data deleted
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete personal data associated with your account where applicable, including profile or account information and app usage data connected to your account.
Photos or images submitted for AI identification are not stored permanently by Brain Power unless otherwise stated in the app.
Data We May Need to Keep
Some limited records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 7 days after receiving enough information to identify the account or data.
