• AI identifications are provided for informational purposes only and may not be 100% accurate
• Do not rely solely on our apps for safety-critical decisions — such as determining whether a snake is venomous or a mushroom is edible
• Always consult a qualified expert or professional before handling wild animals or consuming foraged plants
• Brain Power is not liable for any harm resulting from acting on AI identification results

All content in the Services, including:

• App design and user interface
• AI models and algorithms
• Code and software
• Images, icons, and assets

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Services
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that:
